The IBM Research Lab, initiated by IBM and located in Ireland, aims to help clients improve performance while discovering areas of possible development in IoT, artificial intelligence, privacy, cloud, and more.

The current fluid intelligence mainly studies the combination of AI and different forms of knowledge, and can learn by itself without feeding a large amount of new data to the trained model, thus saving training time and saving the workload of finding new data each time. The affiliate group IBM AI Research also offers a toolkit designed to help identify and remove bias in AI.
